Since February we have missed being able to visit staff and residents and lead services in our local care homes and day centre; The Orchard Extra Care and The Peggy Dodd Centre in Combe Down and Springfield House Care Home in Entry Hill.
As an encouragement to the carers who work there, could we as a church bless them with small gifts?
They are using a large number of disposable face masks and they would love some reusable masks.
Would you be willing and able to make a face mask, write a card or add hand cream, shower gels etc or perhaps some chocolate to your weekly shopping as a blessing and a thank you?
