In this time of great uncertainty, when many of us are worried and fearful, a good place to start in prayer may be to follow David's advice in Psalm 131:
'My heart is not proud, O LORD, my eyes are not haughty; I do not concern myself with great matters or things too wonderful for me. But I have stilled and quietened my soul; like a weaned child with it's mother, like a weaned child is my soul within me. O Israel, put your hope in the LORD both now and for evermore.'
