Jo Argyle's son-in-law, Ewan, helped us in our reflections for Remembrance Sunday. He is a Major General in the Royal Marines. He commanded 42 Commando who lost 7 men in Afghanistan in 2011. The relatives came to call them the 'Magnificent Seven'.
In total 457 men and women from the UK military died in Afghanistan in the last 20 years, others have life changing injuries, and many have ongoing Mental Health problems.
