Thursday 28th November it's 7.30pm dark and cold but more than a 100 people arrived at Holy Trinity for our best ever Christmas crafts evening.
The church was beautifully lit with pillar candles, the snacks were homemade and really tasty (I tried them all!) Mulled wine flowed and each table was arrayed with the prettiest of crafts to try. Hearts made of cranberries and tied with ribbon, felt tree ornaments to sew, stuff and decorate, baubles to decoupage, rosemary wreaths and card printing.
Lovely Jo Robinson our former Seniors Minister and now Priest in training joined us and spoke of the importance of allowing time to experience the meaning and joy of Christmas and share it.
So much thought and hard work went into the evening and blessed us all. Lots of visitors and newcomers. Thanks to the entire team.
